Your Onboarding Steps
The welcome video at the top of this page is the foundation of everything that follows. Every step assumes you've watched it from start to finish.
A one-to-two day delay anywhere pushes scripts, shoot, edits, and launch back by the same margin. Watch it now if you haven't already.
The heaviest step. Two forms need to be returned before anything can move forward — they shape your scripts, your targeting, and your compliance setup.
Answer carefully — rushed answers produce a rushed campaign. This is the brief our entire creative team works from.
Carrier compliance for automated texts. Have your EIN and business registration details ready before you start.
Get both forms back within a day or two. Every day they sit is a day the launch gets pushed.
Slack is our primary channel for everything except invoices and contracts. Staying active in Slack is a campaign multiplier — fast feedback equals faster optimization.
Check your inbox for the Slack invite from our team.
Accept the invite and download the desktop and mobile apps.
Turn notifications on so nothing slips through.
Send a quick hello in your private client channel.
We aim to reply within a few business hours. We ask the same of you on creative approvals and lead feedback — fast loops keep ads sharp.
You'll get access to a shared Drive folder organized into three subfolders: Performance Tracker, Content, and Assets.
The Performance Tracker is the foundation of every campaign decision we make — ad spend, lead volume, booked appointments, conversions, cash collected. Our team updates it daily; you update your side daily.
No data means no optimization. Keeping your side of the tracker current is what lets us make the right calls week to week.
Two requirements before we can run ads on your behalf:
Two payment methods on the ad account — primary and backup. If a bank flags ad spend mid-flight, the backup keeps the campaign alive.
Full admin access on Meta Business Manager — Facebook Page, Instagram, ad account, and pixel.
Anything less and our team can't operate. Partial access blocks pixel events, audience builds, and creative uploads — every one of which kills a launch.
One Zoom call, two parts.
Scripts are locked. We write V1 scripts from your intake form, read them through together on the call, tweak live, and approve.
Shoot is planned. Location, wardrobe, what to expect on camera, and how to deliver lines. You leave knowing exactly what shoot day looks like.
Don't sandwich this between back-to-backs. The work we do here determines what shoot day feels like.

The day everything clicks.
You don't need to memorize anything — a teleprompter runs the entire shoot. Your only job is to be familiar enough with the lines that they feel natural, not stiff. Practice out loud beforehand. Read them in the mirror. Record yourself on your phone.
We handle lighting, framing, audio, direction, and energy. Date, location, and wardrobe were locked on the Shoot Prep Call.
Once ads are live, we run a Monthly Performance Review every 30 days. Data reviewed, wins and losses discussed, lead quality assessed, next moves decided together.
Slack stays the daily channel between reviews. The Monthly Review is the formal moment to step back and make the bigger calls — budget shifts, creative refreshes, offer tests.
Your first Monthly Review lands four weeks after campaign launch. We'll send the invite a week ahead.
